The NTDA team has been overwhelmed by the early demand for places for this year’s Annual Dinner. This flagship tyre trade event, sponsored for the 4th consecutive year by Maritime Cargo Services, which will be held on Thursday 10th October at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Milton Keynes, brings together tyre manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, repairers, retreaders, recyclers and the associated aftermarket and already more than 560 guests have booked, leaving only 8 tables available, with 8 months to go before the event!
The dinner, which also hosts the ever-popular NTDA Tyre Industry Awards Ceremony sponsored by Sailun Tyres, was fully booked last year with 640 guests celebrating the achievements of the UK tyre trade. Once again, a stellar line up of trade sponsors have stepped up to support the awards with Autotech Group, Bridgestone Europe NV/SA (North Region), CAM, Compilator, Goodyear UK, GSF Car Parts, Hankook Tyre UK Ltd, Michelin Tyres plc, Pirelli UK Tyres Ltd, Snap-On Diagnostics and Garage Equipment, The Tyre Group Ltd and the Worshipful Company of Wheelwrights all confirmed.
Commenting on the event NTDA CEO Stefan Hay said: “We are, of course, delighted at the level of interest in the Annual Dinner. Last year was absolutely brilliant and we are back to pre-Covid attendance numbers. The NTDA dinner is one of, if not the, largest association dinners in the automotive trade and continues to enjoy not only the support of many guests, but also our very generous sponsors, many of whom have been supporting us since we launched the new Tyre Industry Awards format in 2014. The networking opportunities the dinner affords our guests, are second to none and we are really looking forward to delivering yet another memorable event to our valued members, industry partners and other tyre trade colleagues.”
