INTRODUCTION

To encourage a closer understanding and liaison between persons and firms who are primarily tyre manufacturing suppliers and/or aftermarket suppliers of goods and/or services to the tyre specialist trade and the general tyre trade as represented by the NTDA.

To achieve a closer co-operation between all suppliers and the trade on matters affecting their mutual interest and to take joint action on matters considered to be appropriate.

To share technical expertise and new product innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP

Supplier Membership of the Association is open at the sole discretion of the Executive Council, to persons, firms and companies who are suppliers of goods and/or services to the tyre specialist distributive trade and who conform with the standards and qualifications as laid down by the Executive Council.

Examples of products and services offered by suppliers currently in membership are: ADAS, alignment machines, diagnostic equipment, innovative tyre management software, insurance schemes, nitrogen inflation systems, pension schemes, precision measurement devices, PPE, racking and storage solutions, services kits, tyres (new), tyre changers, TPMS, tyre recovery and recycling, tyre repair materials, tyre re-treading, tyre tread depth readers, tools, valves, vehicle lifts and ramps, wheel balancers and work-wear.*

Declaration: I/We hereby apply for Supplier Membership of the NTDA and, if elected, agree to abide by the rules of the prevailing Articles of Association. I/We undertake to provide, in accordance with the Articles of Association, if ever applicable, at least one month’s notice in writing before 30th November in the then current year of membership, in order to terminate membership for the following year and accept that if such notice is not given to the Association in that period, I/We shall be liable for the following full year’s subscription. I/We understand and accept, that on signing this application form, a contract of membership is formed between the National Tyre Distributors Association and My/Our business, which remains, at all times obligated to fulfill the contract.
